MBBR packing is a microbial carrier used in MBBR Process, which is
mainly to provide a suitable environment for the growth of
microorganisms.
MBBR filler is a new type of bioactive carrier, which adopts
scientific formula. According to the different nature of sewage, it

the rapid attachment and growth of microorganisms in polymer
materials. After special process modification and construction,
MBBR filler has the advantages of large specific surface area, good

1. Self-owned unique formula, processing and specially
designed,accelerating the filler film
The filler is made of high-molecular material HDPE, which has
strong impact resistance; geometrical design according to fluid
mechanics and enhanced surface adhesion; specially designed
geometric configuration, with huge effective specific surface area;
advanced surface treatment technology is more conducive to The
attachment and growth of microorganisms provides a strong guarantee
for water filtration and circulation.
2. Large effective specific surface area and high bio-attachment
Its huge specific surface area provides support for the growth of a
large number of microorganisms; it is beneficial to the growth of
various microorganisms and nitrifying bacteria, EM bacteria,
filamentous bacteria and other beneficial bacteria to provide a
space for the biological nitrogen and phosphorus removal of
circulating water basis.

inside and aerobic bacteria live outside. Therefore, each carrier
is a micro reactor, which makes nitrification and denitrification
coexist.

It is applied to the treatment of domestic sewage, industrial
sewage and production aquaculture sewage. It is used in various
stages of sewage treatment processes such as aerobic tank,
