Product Advantage
In the process of filtration, the gap of the filter layer gradually
becomes smaller along the direction of water flow, which is more in
line with the ideal distribution of porosity of the filter material
from the top to the bottom, thus forming the advantages of fast
filtration speed, large sewage interception capacity, good
filtration effect and repeated use.
Working Principle
During filtration, the filter layer is compressed by the gravity of
water level from top to bottom, and the fiber bundle filter
material is in a dense state, which improves the efficiency of
filter layer to retain impurities and ensures the water quality
after filtration. During flushing, the gas and water impact and
disturb from bottom to top, which makes the filter material in
suspension and loose state, and the adsorbed intercepts in the
filter layer are eluted.
The filtering process includes both horizontal and vertical deep
filtering, which effectively improves the filtering accuracy. When
the filter layer is polluted and needs to be cleaned and
regenerated, the cleaning water passes through the fiber filter bed
in the opposite direction. Under the action of backwashing water
flow and cleaning air, in the process of bubble accumulation and
hydraulic flushing, the fiber filter material is in a state of
continuous shaking in the longitudinal direction, which makes the
fiber filter material clean thoroughly, so as to achieve the ideal
cleaning effect.

It is used to filter the suspended solids in the water, so as to
reduce the solid content and particle size in the water, and is
