Fiber Balls is the next generation filter material for swimming
pools, a perfect replacement for the traditionally used sand.
A 700 g pack is equal, in filtering capacity, to a 25 kg bag of
sand. Fibre Ball is made of 100% polyester.
The mix of fibres ensures, in addition to minimal bulk and weight,
an excellent level of micro particle filtering.
Unlike sand, it does not harden or clump during use. Easy handling
due to low weight. Does not deteriorate or damage seals. Resists
pool chemicals. Durability guaranteed. Machine washable.
Package Detail
700g fiber ball per colorful box, and we will use plastic bag as
inner pack to prevent fiber ball polluting.
20GP container can load 2100boxes and 40Q container can load
5040boxes.
Technology Parameter
The test of flow rate and internal pressure were carried out on 530
gal, 1000 gal and 1500 gal sand filter. The results were shown as

Product Usage
Firstly, open filter system of sand filtration system;
Secondly, remove the existing filter material (if inside the
container) and clean the filter container;
Thirdly, fill filter containers with fiber balls;
Fourthly, close the filter container;
Fifthly, turn on the machine and start working.
