Product Description
The Tube settler media is a sedimentation device developed in the
theory of shallow pond, which is very suitable in different clarifiers and removing sand
equipments.
Tube settler media can made of two materials, PP and PVC. Different
material has different install method, PP tube settlers is sticked
by hot melt and PVC material is sticked by PVC glue.
PVC tube settler is UV protection because of PVC material's
characteristics. PP material don't have this characteristics, but
if customers want UV protection, we can add other materials inside
to create this characteristics.
Tube settler media is most widely used and mature water treatment equipment in water
supply, drainage engineering and water treatment sedimentation tank and precipitation equipment.
Product Features
It has a wide application, high handling efficiency, small area,
etc. And tuber settler media has below features:
1. Small laminar flow state, the particle settlement isn’t
disturbed by turbulence;
2. When the pipe chute length is 1m, the effective load is designed
according to 3-5 tons/m².h,VO is controlled within the range of 2.5-3.0 mm/s, and the water
quality is the best;
3. Glass steel honeycomb tube is used at the intake port, the pipe
length is 2.0-3.0m, and it can be safely run in the high
turbidimetric content of 50-100kg/m³;
4. Using the pipe chute sedimentation tank, the processing capacity
is 3-5 times of the horizontal flow sedimentation tank,and 2-3
times of the acceleration clarifying tank and the pulse clarifying
pool .

Working Principle
It is suitable in removing sand in inlet, industry and drinking
water precipitation, separation in oil & water.
