Product Description
Huisen 100mm fine bubble tube diffuser is made by three parts, ABS
support part, which sometimes can also be PVC, EPDM membrane and
SS304 clamp.
There are tiny self closing holes on the membrane. During
operation, the micropores of the aeration pipe will open
automatically under the air pressure, and the air will enter the
tank for oxygen charging; if the pressure disappears, the
micropores of the aeration pipe will close automatically to prevent
water from flowing back into the micropores.
Working principle
It is not easy to block and has automatic cleaning to prevent
sewage from flowing back.
When the air supply of the blower is suspended, the film shrinks
and closes immediately to prevent the sewage from seeping into the
aeration tube. When the blower restarts, the film releases air
bubbles, and at the same time, the adhered sludge bounces off due
to its springing characteristics. This maintenance-free feature It
is also a unique choice for activated sludge construction. To a
large extent, it reduces the workload of operation and maintenance.
Product Feature
Membrane has large numbers of self-closing holes with using
mechanical punching technology. The holes can automatically open
and close when the oxygen operation stopped, so it can avoid
blocking holes;When aeration tank stops, sewage mixing will not be
poured back, also can reduce maintenance.
Membrane is installed conveniently and uniformly arrangement, so
that air can arrange the whole membrane evenly, and the opening
rate will increase. Thus the aeration capacity and service area
will increase, and aeration resistance is reduced when the aerator
starts.
Use engineering plastics ABS material, simple structure, reliable
performance, hollow water filling, greatly reducing the buoyancy of
the aeration system in the water.
Product Application
It is applied to domestic sewage and industrial treatment. It is
used in different stages of aerobic tank, anoxic tank,
sedimentation tank and other sewage treatment processes. It is not
limited by the shape of the tank, and can be used in various types
of tanks.
